How do you select which students get help?

The request for help is submitted to the secretary of the Board, on a prescribed form. The candidate must bring a certificate of verification from the head of the institution, of being a pupil of the school and of having good performance in studies. Then we check financial background of the parent to verify that the student is in fact needy. The candidate must be a student of public school only. In the final step, the recipients are selected by the Board or by two appointed members. Students have to apply for financial assistance every year and every year the continuation of stipend is contingent on good academic performance.
